Art Deco chandelier, five-armed, France, hanging lamp 1930s

High-quality French ceiling chandelier from the 1930s – original Art Deco. The solid, chrome-plated chandelier has a walnut covering in the pendulum rod area, and a covering in the middle and upper sections with a chrome-plated tube. The elegantly curved arms are also chrome-plated. The glass bowls are made of heavy glass (660 g each), matte on the outside and smooth on the inside, with ornately decorated ends. The bowls are all in very good condition and do not bear any company logo, but the craftsmanship and quality of the chandelier are reminiscent of the chandeliers from Ezanville (EZAN). The heavy wooden centerpiece with its surrounding chrome band and hemispherical finials is striking. The chandelier is in good condition; the chrome parts show only slight signs of aging, the cables appear to be newer, and the cable terminals have been replaced. The chandelier features a B22 bayonet socket, as is common in France. Five matching LED bulbs are included.* A rare collector's item from the Art Deco era.
