Elegant Art Deco pole pendant lamp with conical, stepped glass shade and chrome-plated suspension.
Shade: The beautiful, textured glass shade is decorated with radial silver stripes and is in prime condition.
Suspension: The lamp has a chrome-plated suspension and a bakelite canopy. The chrome plating of the glass holder is somewhat peeled off in some places at the top, but underneath the glass holder is galvanized, so that this is not noticeable. The glass holder holds the glass with 4 screws, 3 of which are still original. The canopy is made of black bakelite and slightly glued at the top, see picture no. 9 - but this can only be seen from close proximity. The lamp dates from the first half of the 20th century (1920 - 1940) and is in very good overall condition despite the small defects described. The wiring has been renewed.
